The Challenge

Bright Dental had been operating for five years but was virtually invisible in local search. They appeared in the map pack for only 3 keywords, their Google Business Profile was incomplete, and they had just 34 reviews compared to competitors with 200+. New patients found them primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, and the practice needed a predictable digital acquisition channel.

Our Approach

We began with a complete Google Business Profile overhaul: optimizing categories, adding services with descriptions, uploading professional photos of the practice and team, and establishing a weekly Google Posts schedule. We then audited and corrected NAP inconsistencies across 60+ local directories and built new citations on healthcare-specific platforms.

On the website, we created 12 service-area landing pages targeting each neighborhood within their 15-mile radius, each with unique content about the community and the dental services available. We also implemented LocalBusiness and Dentist schema markup, added an FAQ section addressing common dental concerns, and built a review generation system that sent automated follow-up emails after appointments.

The Results

Within 6 months, Bright Dental ranked in the top 3 map pack positions for 28 target keywords including high-value terms like “dentist near me,” “emergency dentist,” and “dental implants.” Monthly new patient inquiries more than doubled from 18 to 42, and the practice’s review count grew from 34 to 187 with a 4.9-star average. The Google Business Profile now generates over 5,800 views per month, making local search their primary patient acquisition channel.

"The local SEO work put us in the top 3 map pack for every target keyword. New patient inquiries doubled."
